The staff was very very helpful, rooms were beautiful, unique place to stay. It had nice location really close to the nature in a very luxury glamping style as well as Lake Atitlan.

Booked a room with magnificent views over the lake. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location in the nature in a very luxury glamping style was a plus. We were close to the jungle, the lake, and the volcanoes, as well as other restaurants and activities.

We got incredible value for our money at El Picnic! The room was stunning, with breathtaking views and a unique outdoor shower. The location was perfect for exploring other towns around the lake, and the staff treated us like family, helping us with everything we needed.

The food for breakfast could have been better with a little dessert included.

I thoroughly enjoyed Tzununa. The hotel was magical and the room had stunning views. The food was healthy and there were a variety of dishes on the menu. The staff was fantastic. The property's location was stunning, adjacent to all the tours and the lake.

The guestrooms at El Picnic Atitlan are cozy and comfortable, with a laid-back atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I loved having free WiFi to stay connected, and the fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries was a nice touch. The balcony in certain rooms offered stunning views of the surrounding nature, adding to the charm. The bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh, giving a sense of luxury. Having a wardrobe in each room made it easy to keep things organized during my stay.

Although some might enjoy it, I personally found the lack of a TV in the rooms to be a bit disappointing.
